After experiencing how detrimental the scarcity of knowledge can be when first arriving in the United States first hand, Camila Chirinos decided she did not want others to face the challenges and hardships she and her family had to go through. 

Sembrando Esperanza (Sowing Hope) is the product of that want and need to help incoming Hispanic immigrants fulfill the American dream. We believe it is possible with the right tools, the right community, and the knowledge to make wise decisions for oneself and/or their family. 

According to data, 72% of Miami is composed of Hispanic and Hispanic immigrants. We understand the great need for guidance in this community which is why Sembrando Esperanza is based in Miami and has built a strong team with other immigrants who have achieved great things for themselves and are now ready to help those who have recently arrived do the same. 

We believe everybody has a chance at building themselves back up no matter their race, nationality, or social status which is why we are here to provide all the resources needed to start up and adapt to all the changes. We believe everything is easier in community.
